General Questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Every Pipe Pros technician is licensed and the company is insured. We pull permits when the job requires them and leave the work ready for inspection.

How do you price a job?

You get a clear price before we start. The quote covers the diagnosis and the repair we recommend. If we find something else once the wall or line is open, we stop and confirm before adding any cost. No hidden fees.

Do you charge for an estimate?

Standard estimates are free. If we have to run a camera or open a line to diagnose, we tell you that fee up front and credit it toward the repair if you hire us.

How soon can you get here?

Most routine calls are same day. Emergencies — burst pipe, sewage backup, gas smell, no water — are dispatched as soon as you call, including nights and weekends.

Services Info

What plumbing work do you handle?

Leaks, clogged drains, hydro-jetting, pipe repair, water heaters, fixture installs, kitchen and bath remodels, gas lines, and commercial plumbing. If it moves water or gas, we can usually fix it in one visit.

Do you clean drains or only replace them?

Both. We start with snaking or hydro-jetting when the line can be saved. If a camera shows a break, belly, or root intrusion, we quote the repair instead of charging you for a cleaning that will not hold.

Can you work on gas lines?

Yes. We locate leaks, repair and install gas lines, and test the system to code before we leave. If you smell gas, leave the building and call us from outside.

Do you remodel kitchens and bathrooms?

Yes. We handle the plumbing side of a remodel — supply lines, drains, fixtures, and shutoffs — and coordinate so the rest of the job is not waiting on us. Ask for a free consult before you demo.

Emergency Questions

What counts as an emergency?

Active flooding, a burst pipe, sewage coming up a drain, a gas smell, or a total loss of water. A slow drip or a lukewarm shower can usually wait for a same-day appointment.

Is there an overtime charge at night?

No overtime surprise. The price we quote on the phone is the price on the invoice, including after-hours calls.

What should I do before you arrive?

Shut off the water at the fixture or the main valve if it is leaking. For a gas smell, do not flip switches — leave and call from outside. Clear a path to the problem so we can start as soon as we walk in.
